  • ₹78,000.00 bet placed on this weekend’s UFC action at Stake.com India
  • The multi-bet has six selections at total odds of 11.26
  • For the final selection on the ticket, the customer has backed Stake’s man Israel Adesanya to beat Dricus du Plessis in the main event

This UFC bettor is pumped for this weekend’s mega 305 fight card. He stands to collect ₹878,434.48 if his ticket wins, but I question a couple of his picks.

Bettor Backing Izzy for UFC 305 Victory

The Ultimate Fighting Championship is heading to the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia, for UFC 305 this weekend. Many bettors are carefully crafting their multi-bets for what promises to be an action-packed card.

This player at Stake.com India has already decided on his picks. Having wagered ₹78,000.00 on a six-leg parlay, he could win ₹878,434.48 if he has made the right calls.

Song Kenan - Ricky GlennWinner - Song Kenan1.54
Tom Nolan - Alex ReyesWinner - Tom Nolan1.09
Jack Jenkins - Herbert BurnsWinner - Jack Jenkins1.14
Li Jingliang - Carlos PratesWinner - Carlos Prates1.32
Kai Kara-France - Steve ErcegWinner - Kai Kara-France2.41
Dricus du Plessis - Israel AdesanyaWinner - Israel Adesanya1.85

Song Kenan comes into UFC 305 off the back of a win, whereas Ricky Glenn lost his last bout. Looking at the tale of the tape, Song seems like a good pick.

Tom Nolan against Alex Reyes is an interesting fight. This will be Nolan’s 9th walk to the octagon, and he holds a record of 7W and 1L. Reyes has twice as much experience, with a record of 13W and 4L. Although Nolan should come through this match-up, his odds of 1.09 would be a little off-putting for me.

Jack Jenkins looks a solid bet, but once again, the odds could be a little more generous. Also, Carlos Prates should have the beating of China’s Li Jingliang.

That brings us to the co-main event, New Zealand’s Kai Kara-France V Australia’s Steve Erceg. The Stake India bettor has gone for the betting outsider Kara-France, which is a huge gamble for me.
In his last fight, Steve Erceg pushed flyweight champ Alexandre Pantoja to the limit, losing narrowly via a decision. Add to this, Erceg is fighting in Australia. He will be hard to beat. The final selection on the ticket is for ‘Stylebender’ Israel Adesanya to win.

My feeling is that Izzy’s best MMA days are behind him. Coming into this fight, he has lost two of his last three, and his opponent, the current middleweight champ, Dricus du Plessis, looks to be in his prime.
