$20K Combined SGM Giveaway - Promotion Dates

This special promotion is for this week only. You can bet on any (or all) of the nine matches being played on December 10, 2024, or the nine games the following day on December 11, 2024.

How it Works

Same Game Multi (SGM) wagers have been around for some time now. This is a bet where you select markets from one match, such as choosing the match winner, both teams to score, and the total number of goals (O/U).

Stake has expanded upon this by now offering bettors the chance to combine multiple SGMs into a single bet.

For this promotion, customers must place a combined Same Game Multi (min stake $1.00) that consists of two or more UCL matches. The top 100 winning bets with the largest multipliers get to pick up a share of the $20,000 prize pot.

How to Place a Combined SGM bet

If you’re unfamiliar with combined SGM bets, follow these steps to get started:

1. Log into your Stake account. If you don’t have one, check out this registration page. Once you’re logged in, navigate to Soccer > UEFA Champions League.

2. Select the first match you want to bet on. Then, click on the Same Game Multi tab

Make your selections to build your wager. For example, Both Teams to Score and Asian Total Over 2.5 goals. You can make as many picks as you want. When you are done, hit the Add Bet button. This transfers your SGM to your bet slip.

3. Navigate back to the UEFA Champions League menu and choose another game. Repeat the same steps (2 - 4).

4. You now have two SGM wagers in your bet slip. Click Multi, and this will combine them into a single bet. Enter your bet amount and click Place Multi Bet to get in on the action.

The top 100 winning combined SGMs with the highest odds win a cash prize:

1st-10th positions: $500 each
11th-50th positions: $250 each
51st-100th positions: $100 each

Expert Tips for Winning SGM Bets

It always takes a little bit of luck to win multi bets, and SGMs are no different. However, we can share a few tips specifically for this Stake promotion.

Check the Form Book: Inter Milan and Liverpool have both looked strong so far in this season’s Champions League, whereas teams like PSG have been struggling. Before building your SGMs, check the form guides to see where the best bets are.

Keep it Simple: Build Same Game Multi bets with only 2 or 3 selections. My strategy is to choose 2 selections using 1x2 and Asian Total markets. However, to elevate the odds, I repeat this across 8 to 10 matches.

Player Props are Risky: While player prop bets are tempting, they carry extra risk because the player 1) might not start, 2) might get injured, or 3) might be subbed off early

Low Stakes: If the goal is to win a payout from this promotion, check your stakes low. The minimum bet is $1. By doing this, you can create multiple tickets instead of putting your eggs in one basket.
