Borussia Dortmund have it all to do in the second-leg of their Champions League quarter-final after they were beaten 4-0 by Barcelona in Spain.

The Spanish side have more than one foot in the semi-finals of the Champions League after a dominant performance in their first-leg last week.

Borussia Dortmund were no match for Barcelona in the first-leg of their clash as they were easily beaten by their opponents.

Taking on a side that they have failed to beat in their previous five was always going to be tough. It will therefore prove nearly impossible for Dortmund to turnaround a 4-0 disadvantage against a side they have now failed to beat in six.

While Dortmund are a strong team on their day, I simply cannot see them hitting the level of near-perfection they would need to eliminate their opponents.

Barcelona Form

Barcelona were superb last week as they put on a goal-scoring masterclass. Robert Lewandowski returned to haunt his former club with a well-taken brace, and he is half the reason why the Spanish side lead 4-0.

Since their 2-1 loss to Monaco in game one of the Champions League, Barca have won nine times and drawn once. The Spanish side have proved incredibly difficult to deal with, with their creative midfield and incisive attack working in tandem.

I back Lewandowski to provide more woes for Dortmund as he scores again in yet another Barcelona win.
