Important: Hugestakes is an information publisher, not a bookmaker. Betting can result in the loss of your entire stake. We do not guarantee predictions, reimburse unsuccessful bets or undertake to pay winnings. Our liability exclusions appear in section 12 and are subject to the rights and liabilities that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Hugestakes.com has its registered office at 27 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 F890, Ireland.

In these Terms, “Hugestakes”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Hugestakes.com. “Site” means Hugestakes.com and any associated publishing service that expressly links to these Terms. “Content” includes articles, tips, predictions, multi bets, statistics, performance records, reviews, offers, newsletters, alerts and tools.

These Terms set out the conditions on which we make the Site available. Read them before using the Site. Where registration or another feature requires express acceptance, you must accept the Terms before using that feature. A separate agreement may govern a paid service, commercial data feed or other product expressly identified as having separate terms.

We publish sports information, general betting analysis and commercial content. We do not accept or place bets, match wagers, operate gambling accounts, hold player deposits, process stakes or withdrawals, or settle betting disputes.

A tip is a published opinion, not a contract to deliver a winning result. Our Content is not tailored to your finances, experience or personal circumstances and is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Reading the Site does not create a personal advisory or fiduciary relationship.

An affiliate link, advertisement or commercial relationship does not make us a party to your agreement with a bookmaker. We have no authority to promise an operator’s acceptance of a bet, payment of winnings or release of funds.

The Site’s betting content is intended only for people aged 18 or over, and any higher age required by applicable law. You must not use it to participate in unlawful gambling or circumvent an operator’s age, location or self-exclusion controls.

Availability of a page or link does not establish that a gambling service or promotion is lawful or available where you are. References to “expert”, “best”, “value”, a confidence level or similar expressions are not promises of certainty, suitability or profit. You decide whether to use a selection and how much, if anything, to stake.

A performance record applies only to the identified expert, selections, period and methodology. Published odds may differ from the odds available to you. Records based on assumed stakes, historical prices or other stated assumptions do not establish that every reader could have achieved the same return.

A record for single bets does not establish the record of accumulators containing those selections. Do not treat a performance summary as independently audited or verified unless the relevant page expressly identifies the verification and its scope.

We may correct mistakes and update analysis. Publication of Content does not create a promise to monitor an event continuously or notify every reader of every subsequent development. This does not displace any correction, accuracy or update obligation imposed by law.

A multi bet or accumulator combines selections. In a standard accumulator, all non-void selections generally need to win for the whole bet to win, subject to the operator’s rules. You can lose the full stake even where most selections succeed.

Displayed odds, potential returns and calculator outputs are informational. They may change or contain delays or errors. Calculator outputs depend on their inputs and assumptions and may not reflect deductions, taxes, commissions, dead-heat rules, each-way terms, void selections or special settlement conditions.

Same-game or correlated selections may be priced differently from a simple multiplication of their individual odds. The actual combined price and settlement rules offered by the operator govern your bet.

Before submitting a bet, check its selections, market, stake, price and applicable rules directly with the operator. A link opening a pre-populated bet slip does not mean that Hugestakes has accepted or placed the bet.

The Site may link to bookmakers, streaming providers and other external services. These are operated independently and have their own terms, privacy notices, fees and eligibility rules.

We do not guarantee an operator’s solvency, licensing status, security, account decisions, continued availability or payment of funds. A listing or review is not insurance, a guarantee or confirmation that an operator is suitable for every reader.

Third-party providers are responsible for their own services, including deposits, withdrawals, account restrictions, identity checks, bet acceptance, settlement, promotions and complaints. A dispute about those matters should be directed to the relevant provider. This does not restrict a complaint about our own conduct.

We may receive affiliate commission, advertising fees or other disclosed commercial compensation. These relationships help fund the Site and can affect which operators are featured or given promotional prominence.

Our Affiliate Disclosure explains the applicable arrangements and the distinction between editorial analysis and advertising. A commercial relationship does not guarantee a favourable sporting prediction, successful bet or positive outcome with a featured operator.

Our published free tips do not require payment to Hugestakes. Charges or stakes paid to an independent provider are not payments to us.

Any Hugestakes account or saved-preference feature is a publishing feature, not a gambling account. Where login credentials are used, keep them secure and tell us promptly about suspected misuse. You are not automatically responsible for unauthorised activity for which the law makes us responsible.

Newsletter and alert delivery can be delayed, interrupted or filtered. We do not promise delivery before a particular price changes or event starts. Marketing preferences and consent are governed by the Privacy Policy, not inferred from acceptance of these Terms.

You may access public Content for lawful personal use. You must not attack or overload the Site, introduce malicious code, obtain unauthorised access, impersonate others, misuse personal data, or bypass access restrictions.

Content and Site materials are owned by us or our licensors, subject to applicable intellectual-property rights and exceptions. You may link to our pages and use material where the law or an express licence permits. You must not misrepresent our authorship, remove attribution or imply our endorsement of another service.

Ordinary search-engine indexing and retrieval of public pages by search or assistant services are permitted subject to applicable law and our published technical access rules. This does not grant a general licence to republish substantial Content, resell our feeds or reconstruct our databases. Obtain permission for commercial reuse beyond what the law allows.

An automated assistant or third-party summary may omit qualifications or use outdated information. We do not control independently produced summaries. Any lawful exclusion of responsibility for those services remains subject to section 12.

Where a submission feature is available, submit only material you are entitled to provide. Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive or abusive material, other people’s private information without a lawful basis, or gambling-account credentials.

For material you deliberately submit for public publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, format, edit for presentation, display and distribute it as reasonably necessary to operate that feature. This does not authorise unrelated exploitation of private correspondence or override data-protection rights.

We may moderate or remove submissions for a stated policy, legal or safety reason. We do not promise publication. Applicable complaint and statutory rights remain available.

We may maintain, update or discontinue free content and features for operational, editorial, legal or security reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or continuing coverage of every sport or event.

Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of a material withdrawal affecting an ongoing service you have registered to receive. Any mandatory rights concerning the supply, modification or termination of digital content or services remain unaffected.

12.1 Rights and liabilities that remain protected

Nothing in these Terms, or in any other Site notice, excludes or limits:

(a) liability for death or personal injury caused by our act or omission;

(b) liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

(c) any consumer right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022;

(d) rights, remedies or liability under applicable data-protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the right to compensation where its legal conditions are met; or

(e) any other liability whose exclusion or restriction would be unlawful or unfair under applicable law.

These protections take priority over every other liability provision in these Terms.

12.2 Betting losses and unsuccessful predictions

We do not undertake to reimburse stakes or betting losses, pay winnings, or compensate you because a prediction, multi bet, strategy or sporting opinion proves unsuccessful.

Subject to section 12.1, and to the fullest extent the law permits, we exclude liability for loss of stakes, gambling losses, expected winnings, missed betting opportunities and losses resulting from your decision to place, change or refrain from placing a bet using our Content.

This exclusion applies to Content published by Hugestakes and its contributors through the Site and associated publishing channels covered by these Terms. It does not remove a remedy that the law requires us to provide for our own conduct.

12.3 Other excluded losses

Subject to section 12.1, and only to the extent a lawful and fair exclusion is available, we exclude liability arising from:

(a) errors, omissions, delays or inaccuracies in predictions, odds, statistics, results, reviews, offers or tools;

(b) unavailable or interrupted access, delayed alerts or failures of third-party feeds;

(c) the independent acts or omissions of bookmakers and other providers, including non-payment, account restrictions, insolvency and disputed settlement; and

(d) changes, distortions or omissions introduced by an independent website, search service or automated assistant.

These exclusions apply regardless of whether a claim is framed in contract, negligence or another legal basis, but only where exclusion on that basis is permitted. They do not excuse a breach of a non-excludable duty owed by us.

If you use the Site as a consumer, we do not exclude compensation or another remedy for loss caused by our breach where that exclusion would be unlawful or unfair. We do not require you to indemnify us merely for using the Site lawfully, or for loss caused by our own wrongdoing.

No provision requires you to give up a statutory claim, accept mandatory arbitration, meet a shortened statutory limitation period or prove something that the law requires us to prove.

If you use the Site for a trade, profession or business, then, subject to section 12.1 and any separate commercial agreement, we exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, and for indirect or consequential loss.

The exclusions in this section do not grant permission for commercial reuse that otherwise requires a licence.

Report an error or complaint about Hugestakes to [email protected], identifying the relevant page and issue. Our published editorial, corrections and complaints policies explain the process.

Contacting us is not a precondition to exercising a legal right. These Terms do not shorten the period in which you may bring a claim or prevent you from contacting a court, regulator or other competent body.

We do not adjudicate disputes between you and an independent gambling operator and cannot direct an operator to pay or release funds.

Our Privacy Policy explains our processing of personal data. Our cookie information and consent controls explain optional tracking. Neither the Privacy Policy nor acceptance of these Terms is a substitute for any consent required by law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers our data-protection responsibilities to you or to an independent operator.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Site, our business or applicable legal requirements. We will identify the effective date and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes affecting an ongoing registered service, except where an urgent legal or security requirement makes this impracticable.

Changes operate prospectively. They do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or alter responsibility for an event that occurred before they took effect. Where the law requires agreement, a particular notice period or a right to terminate, we will follow those requirements.

These Terms and, to the extent a choice is legally effective, related non-contractual obligations are governed by Irish law.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections of the law that would otherwise apply, including the law of your country of habitual residence where applicable. You may bring proceedings in Ireland or another court available under applicable consumer-jurisdiction rules. We will bring proceedings against a consumer only where those rules permit.

For business users, the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule or separate written agreement. Statutory data-protection complaint and court rights remain unaffected.

If a provision is unlawful, unfair or unenforceable, it will not bind you to the extent required by law. The remaining provisions continue where they can do so lawfully without it. This clause does not require a court to rewrite an unfair consumer term in our favour.

A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. No informal statement creates a guarantee of betting success or authority to act for an operator. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights arising from a representation where exclusion would be unlawful.
