  • Get up to $500 back as a free bet if your fighter gets knocked out within 60 seconds
  • Covers pre-match Winner bets of $10 or more on UFC fights
  • Our honest opinion on whether it beats Stake's split decision cover
Every UFC bettor knows this one. You lock in your pick, settle in for the walkouts, and it's over before you've finished your drink. Rainbet's UFC 100% Lossback exists for that exact moment.

If your fighter gets flattened in the first minute, Rainbet hands your stake back as a free bet, up to $500. All UFC fights count, apart from bouts on Dana White's Contender Series.

First-minute knockouts don't happen often, and we're not going to pretend they do. Still, it covers the most brutal way to lose a bet, and we've grown to like it more than we expected.

Below, we cover the terms, the fights where it can actually pay, and how it compares with Stake's UFC Split Decision Insurance.

How Rainbet's UFC 100% Lossback Works

This is a straightforward promotion. Back a fighter to win before the bout starts. If they're knocked out in the first minute, Rainbet returns your stake as a free bet.

  • The promotion only pays out on KOs.

How to Claim the Rainbet UFC Lossback

  1. Create a Rainbet account. Enter our Rainbet promo code HUGESTAKES in the Referral Code box. It doesn't affect the lossback, but it sets you up for the welcome bonus.
  2. Deposit real funds. You'll need at least $10 in your balance, and bonus money won't count.
  3. Pick your fight. Any UFC bout works, except those on Dana White's Contender Series.
  4. Back your fighter on the Winner market. Stake $10 or more as a single, and get it in before the opening bell.
  5. Then sit back and hope you never need it. If the worst happens in the first minute, your free bet should land within 24 to 48 hours.

Rainbet UFC Lossback vs Stake UFC Split Decision Insurance

Other popular crypto betting sites run UFC promotions. The most well-known is Stake’s Split Decision Refund. Here, we compare the two so you can see which one works for you.

Which one pays out more often?

Stake's, by a wide margin. GrapplerHQ's study of 8,591 UFC fights from 1994 to March 2026 found that 9.5% ended in a split decision. First-minute finishes are far rarer. FightingData puts them at 3.4% of three-round UFC fights since 2022, and that figure includes submissions. Knockouts alone come in lower still.

Which one is worth more?

Rainbet's, at least on paper. Its $500 cap is double Stake's $250. But you must remember, it’s paid as a free bet. When you use the free bet, you only get your winnings back. Therefore, you need to bet on (and win) a selection with odds greater than 1.50 for Rainbet’s promo to hold extra value.

They suit opposite fights.

This is the part I find most interesting. Split decision insurance is better suited in the lighter weight classes like flyweight and bantamweight. The lossback offer works better for heavyweight fights, where first-minute finishes happen at more than double the UFC average.

In a nutshell, Stake's offer is the better everyday safety net. Yet for a heavyweight slugfest, Rainbet's is the one we'd rather have, and that's probably the only time it matters.

Other Rainbet Sports Promotions

The lossback gets the attention from UFC fans, but it isn't the most useful offer on Rainbet's sports page. For regular weekend bettors, we'd argue Insurance Weekend is.

Insurance Weekend. Miss a 5+ leg weekend parlay by one selection and get half your stake back as a free bet, up to $200. Parlays die by a single leg all the time, so this one actually earns its keep. It runs until [the end of December].

Double Profit. Rainbet doubles your profit on selected picks across UFC, NFL, F1 and UEFA fixtures. The deals rotate weekly, so check them before fight night. [Add any live UFC Double Profit offer.]

Our Rainbet promo code page tracks every current offer, from wager races to the weekly raffle. Want to know if the sportsbook itself is any good? Our full Rainbet review covers odds, markets and payout speed.

Rainbet UFC Lossback FAQs

  • Do I need a promo code for Rainbet's UFC Lossback?

No, and that's one of the nicer things about it. Every Rainbet player is covered. If you're new, sign up with our Rainbet promo code HUGESTAKES anyway, so you don't miss the welcome bonus.

  • What counts as a first-minute knockout?

Your fighter has to be knocked out within the first 60 seconds. That's a tight window, and according to the main terms, TKOs are off the table.

  • Is the refund paid in cash?

No, it comes back as a free bet, up to $500. You can use it on a single or a parlay with up to five selections.

  • Can I use the lossback on parlays or live bets?

No. Only pre-match single bets on the Winner market qualify, with a $10 minimum.

  • Are Dana White's Contender Series fights included?

No. DWCS bouts are out, which matches Stake's split decision offer.

  • Is Rainbet's lossback better than Stake's split decision insurance?

For most bettors, no. Stake's UFC Split Decision Insurance caps at $250 but triggers far more often. Rainbet's $500 cover only really wins out if you like backing heavy hitters

  • When does the offer end?

It runs until 29 December 2026. Promos like this can end early, though, so check Rainbet's promotions page before fight night.

  • Is Rainbet a safe place to bet on UFC?

Rainbet launched in 2023, and its terms say it's licensed in Anjouan. That's an offshore license, so it doesn't take players from places like the US or UK. Our full Rainbet review digs into licensing, payments and payout speed.
