After wrapping up their underwhelming EuroLeague campaign, Alba can now fully shift their focus to domestic duties.

They first cruised past Vechta with a dominant 83–58 win, then followed it up with a crucial road victory over Ludwigsburg, 79–63. It was a mature performance from Alba — they controlled the pace, held the lead throughout, and sealed a well-deserved win.

Martin Hermannsson delivered another solid all-around game with 12 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists, while both Malte Delow and William McDowell-White also contributed 12 points each.

The reigning FIBA Champions League winners and last season’s Bundesliga runners-up are enduring a below-par campaign, where simply reaching the playoffs now stands as a serious challenge.

With a current record of 12 wins and 14 losses, Bonn trail the playoff pack by two victories, with just six regular-season games left to play.

One of the team’s biggest issues this season has been their unexpectedly poor home form. Once considered a fortress, their court has turned into anything but — Bonn have suffered 7 losses in 13 home games, a far cry from their previous dominance.
