The only bright spot was Jason Burnell, who delivered 21 points and 8 rebounds — but that alone wasn’t nearly enough to trouble such a well-rounded and experienced team like Virtus.

Toko Shengelia once again led the way for Virtus. The Georgian forward flirted with a triple-double, posting 15 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists. From the background, Alessandro Pajola stepped up as the X-factor, contributing 11 points.
