How the Bet was Won

Starting with Glasgow Celtic against RB Leipzig. This selection was done and dusted before half time. Celtic are well known for coming out all guns blazing at home, and although this tactic doesn’t always work, it makes for entertaining football with a good chance of goals.

However, a brace from Nicolas-Gerrit Kuhn on 35 and 45+1, swung the match in Celtic’s favor. Little did that matter to this Stake bettor; his over 2.5 wager was won. Celtic grabbed a third in the second half to seal a convincing victory.

Sporting vs Man City got off to the perfect start with Phil Foden scoring after 4 minutes and Viktor Gyökeres equalized on 38 minutes. The over 2.5 Goals (Asian total) bet was sealed in the first minute of the second half when Maximiliano Araújo slotted home.

Haaland went on to miss a penalty, and Viktor Gyökeres scored two more as Sporting raced away to an impressive 4 - 1 win.

The tightest match on this ticket was LOSC Lille vs Juventus. The selection was Double Chance - LOSC Lille or draw, which against Juve was bold. However, it got off to a great start when Jonathan David gave Lille the lead in 27 minutes.

This scoreline remained until Dusan Vlahovic equalized from the spot on 60 minutes. A nervous 30 minutes remained as Juventus controlled most of the possession, but they could find a way through, and the 3-leg multi-bet was won.
