Stake.com Indian Rupee Banking Guide
It’s widely known that Stake.com is the world’s number one crypto sportsbook and casino. However, bettors in India have the option to make payments with their local fiat currency - the Indian Rupee.
Moreover, new players from India can claim a 200% sports and casino welcome bonus in INR by using our Stake.com promo code HUGE.
Read this guide to learn how Indian Rupee deposits and withdrawals work at Stake, including the various payment services and banking institutions that can be used.
Before Making Your First INR Deposit
With Stake’s origins stemming from crypto, the default wallet is set to Bitcoin (BTC), so you need to change this to INR to use Indian Rupees for deposits and subsequent withdrawals.
It only takes a couple of seconds to do this simply:
- Log into your Stake.com account
- Click the ‘Wallet’ button at the top of the page
- Select ‘Deposit’
- Here, you can toggle between crypto and fiat currency. Choose ‘Fiat’ and select ‘INR’
In addition, prior to making your first INR deposit, Stake may ask you to prove your identity. KYC is common these days, and it highlights that Stake.com is legitimate and transparent.
Furthermore, you cannot claim the welcome bonus until you’ve done this. Among the documents you can use for verification are:
- An international passport
- Your driver’s license
- Your voter’s card (EPIC card) - both sides
- Your tax ID card (PAN card) - both sides
- Your National ID card (Aadhaar card) - both sides
The Stake compliance team only accepts photographs, so nothing scanned or photocopied. The photos must be high resolution and in color. Finally, the document has to have a validity period of at least three months.

How to Withdraw Indian Rupees From Stake.com
Before submitting a withdrawal request, your Stake account must be level 1 or 2 KYC verified. However, as mentioned, this is often done before making a deposit. If so, you are ready to make an INR withdrawal.
Additionally, players must use the same bank account for withdrawals that was used for the previous deposit. With that in mind, these are the steps for cashing out your winnings.
- Log into your Stake account
- Click on ‘Wallet’ followed by ‘Withdrawal’
- After choosing ‘INR’, you are redirected to the Netbanking page
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw and complete the relevant information fields
- Click ‘Withdraw’ to finalize the transaction
- The money will appear in your bank within three (3) working days
As a further note, you may need your bank’s name, address, and the branch where you open the account, so it’s best to have this information on hand.
Lastly, all electronic transfers use Indian Financial System Codes. If you don’t know your bank’s code, check its website.
